The quality of your language dictates the quality of your life.
Are you the star in your own life?
When you speak. are you speaking as the person you want to be?
or the person you think you should be?
There are words that I just won’t say because I don’t want to be associated with its context, good or bad.
There are words that are taboo that I will say because I am okay with the context.
The point is I say what I want to say to express the kind of life that I am living and the dream life that I wish to manifest.
I am no longer labeling myself as broke or undeserving.
Nah… a couple of years ago, I made a conscious decision to change that.
Want to know how.

The first step is to hear your thoughts.
Meditation is a great way to hear yourself.
The quickest to understand the voice in your head is silence.
There is a reason the smartest person in the room is usually very still.
There are listening.
Listening is a life hack.
Most people during a conversation isn’t fully listening entirely.
They are racking around past scenarios to have a reaction.
If you present, you will respond and not react.
That my friends, take some practice.
Let’s get back to my favorite way. Silence.
I finally get what all those silent meditation retreats are about.
I have never been to one. (I see on in my future.)
Since, I can’t go right now.
I just decided not to talk for 48 hours.
It’s actually really easy in this technology age.
I answered phones calls via text.
I used my body language if I needed to interact.
It is surprisingly, easy not to speak.
And rewarding.
When you stop talking you hear the narration going on in your head.
It is very freeing to hear what your subconscious has to say.
It is enlightening to hear what kind of life you are attracting.
Are you being kind to yourself?
Are you being kind to others?
You are the creator of your reality.
What kind of reality are you creating?
Are your consistent thoughts joyful or hurtful?
Are joy, positivity and gratitude in your language?
Or is strife.
Life is what you make it.
What is the real story in your head?
Challenge yourself to listen to yourself.
Go silent for a while.
Take a walk silently.
Turn the radio off in the car.
Give yourself 10 minuets of staring at the sky.
If you are able be quiet for a 24 or 48 hours.
Get familiar with the voice in your head.
Afterall, it’s yours.
Thank you for letting me share.
Be kind. Be well. Smile.
