Subconscious programming is real.

We are all programmed.

Bruce H. Lipton PHD gave me a good perspective for identify subconscious programming.

So, if people want to know what their programs are, I say what in your life comes easily to you is there because you have programs to support that. Anything that you struggle to get to, that is because you have programs that don’t support that.” — Bruce H. Lipton PHD

Our behavior was shaped during our formative years (0–8).

If your mother constantly told you that you act like your father; you may have started mimicking a couple of your father’s habits.

The good news is once you start to observe your thoughts; you will start to identify programs in your subconscious.

Just the other day I caught myself turning off a light in fear of an electric bill.

That’s not me.

That is a low vibration thought.

I discovered a limited belief of lack.

Having discovered it, I decided to reach for another emotion.

I paused.

Glanced out the window.

Took a breath.

Then, got an eye full and appreciated the ABUNDANCE of beauty outside my window.

I left the light on.

The thing about subconscious programming is…it is a habit.

The key is to switch the negetive habit to a positive habit.

I identified that I had been programmed to live in a mindset of lack.

To counter act that thought, I began a habit of being grateful for all the abundance in my life.

I include abundance in my morning gratitude entries.

I make the time daily to just appreciate the abundance that is around me.

Example: Grateful for the abundance of laughter I have with my bestie when we are together.

These small habits lower my resistance.

Allowing more freeing thoughts of abundance now vibe in my spirit.

The next time you wake up doing something that you don’t necessary want to do ask yourself this question:

WHY?

Thank you for letting me share.

Be kind. Be well. Smile.
